Fill out the registration form on the previous page, make a note that you would like to pay via credit card by phone, and then call 1-866-710-9990 to complete your payment. If you receive my voicemail, please leave your name, number, and the best time to call you back.

NOTE: THE FOLLOWING PAY METHODS ARE ONLY VALID FOR THE PAY IN FULL OPTION. 

Please make a note on your registration form indicating which method of payment you are using. No registration will be considered valid until payment has been received.

Be sure to indicate your name and that it's for the retreat in the note section of your check or money order. If someone is else is paying for you, be sure to indicate WHO the payment is to be credited to.
